CFC Appeals: Process and Resources
As OPM’s National Charity Outreach Coordinator, we have designed a webinar series based on each Step of the application process that OPM cited in its eligibility notification email. These webinars are designed to help your organization successfully navigate the CFC appeal process.
IMPORTANT: Only OPM can provide official guidance regarding CFC eligibility. We strongly recommend that you review official guidance detailed below prior to submitting an appeal and attending our resource webinars.
Appeal deadline is 11:59 pm (EDT) on June 22, 2021.

CFC Appeals Webinar Series
Our webinar series is detailed below and is organized by Steps listed as reason for denial. Only sign up for the webinar(s) that corresponds to the application Steps detailed in your denial notification from OPM. For your convenience, there are multiple webinar opportunities for most Steps. Charities need only sign up once for each Step listed in denial. Registration is required and click on the appropriate link to register for a specific webinar.
Any charity that has already submitted its appeal response is strongly encouraged to attend webinars regardless. NOTE: The ability to amend your appeal is available until filing deadline of June 22nd. Many, many appeals are unsuccessful because organizations do not take full advantage of the resources and guidance available.
